Returns & Refunds
Thank you for shopping with Mcloudz Brand. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
Return window
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
What's eligible
- Apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition — tags attached, original packaging included.
- Items marked Final Sale (including clearance items) cannot be returned.
- Digital products — albums, downloads, and The Trinity system — are non-refundable once delivered or accessed, unless the file is defective and we can't replace it.
How to start a return
Email mcloudzbrand@gmail.com with your order number and what you'd like to return. We'll reply within 2 business days with return instructions and the return shipping address.
Who pays for return shipping
- Changed your mind / wrong size: you cover the return shipping. We recommend a tracked service — we're not responsible for returns lost in transit.
- Our mistake (wrong item, defective, damaged in shipping): we cover it. Report it within 14 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll send a replacement or refund you in full — your choice.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Original shipping charges ($12 Canada / $15 international) are non-refundable, except when the return is our mistake.
Exchanges
Need a different size? Start a return and place a new order for the size you want — it's the fastest way to make sure your size doesn't sell out.
Canceled / unshipped orders
Changed your mind before it ships? Email us and we'll cancel and refund you in full, no questions asked.
